Cheers to 10+ years of World Triathlon racing and the start of a new career.
I can’t begin to express my gratitude for everything this sport has given me. Although I’m retiring from professional racing, I will always be a triathlete and my World Triathlon family will always be family to me.
My triathlon journey took a village. Coaches, sponsors, USA Triathlon, family, friends, and mentors all made the past decade in the sport possible. I want to give a special thanks to Greenspsych, the New York Athletic Club, and Mad Duck Cyclery for always believing in me and giving me the tools to succeed.
I’m excited not only to start my new career in finance but also to stay involved in the triathlon community in new ways. As a recently-elected member of the Athletes’ Advisory Council, I feel honored that I have the opportunity to help USAT and its elite athlete members continue to strive for excellence. Athletes – don’t ever hesitate to reach out if you have questions, concerns, or ideas. I’m always happy to talk.
